My favorite summer sunset is in the hilltop village of Potamos above the port of Aegiali.
And to be more accurate, the best place to watch it is “KAMARA”, a coffee restaurant owned by Christoforos.
To get there, park your vehicle in the parking lot of Pano Potamos and keep going up the steps for about ten minutes.
Rarely do I get the chance to be in that place in the summer due to work, but when I do I always order a glass of white wine or a cool drink and I thoroughly enjoy it.
Ideal time, at least half an hour before sunset as the place is a hot spot.
